Friend had made her choice, submitted online form and then neigbour told her about an incident with her son. Apparently there has been some sort of assessment carried on the reception age children and the other parents wanted to know how well her son had done compared to their off-spring. Anyway, because of this, friend has decided this is not the school for her and has changed her options.
My view is that that incident could well be replicated across the country so changing schools might be futile.
Personally, I would tell them to mind their own business.
