Need help for rock & roll party costume for daughter

Hi.. my daughter is 4 year old and started her reception year in September. They have Music week dress up day. For Reception year the theme is Rock n roll outfit/ Elvis outfit. Can someone please suggest how can I dress her up in a rock n roll outfit? I am absolutely clueless about ideas. Kindly help 😊

Try getting her a pair of blue suede shoes.

• White T shirt or a little blouse
• Could have a jacket
• Flouncy skirt or black leggings
• Hair in a high flippy ponytail if long enough

Jeans and a white t-shirt tucked in would work as a minimum -
