Hi, dd has just completed year 5. She really struggles in maths. I would love her to practice over the holidays to prepare her for sats. Im ready to pay for a monthly online program. She needs lots of visual and games.

Try corbett maths to start off with, it’s a free website and has explainer videos. They have a pack of cards for primary, cost a fiver/tenner? They also have work books. My kids have used the secondary ones and they are handy reference. The videos are great for a parent too if you need a refresher and can help you explain it to them.
id try this first before signing up for a paid online tool.

Have a look at the Khan Academy as well www.khanacademy.org . The algorithm will focus on your DD's weaknesses.

Sumdog is free for the summer holidays and is very game based. I'd definitely recommend giving it a go.

Do some research about Beestar. I heard that it is an effective online program from KG to K8.
