I thought I had read that the SATS results would be published today? Are they just published for schools or for wider reading? Just wondering if anybody had any links so I could look up online?

Thank you - I was hoping to see for an individual school?

There aren't going to be any league tables this year, so you would need to check the individual school website.
Given the results only came out at 7.30am (and the site you get them from crashed...) it could be some time before they appear, if they do.

TeenDivided · 06/07/2022 09:53

Different schools will also give results out differently.
iirc DD's primary gave them in a sealed envelope at home time on Friday so they could be digested at home in peace and quiet.

My advice was don't discuss the results, as someone will end up upset.

Hersetta427 · 06/07/2022 11:33

Yep our come out in a sealed envelope at the end of next week alongside their reports. Same as with DD 4 years ago.

TeenDivided · 06/07/2022 15:02

I'm counting down to the first 'my DC got 118, 116 & 115 for their SATs. I don't understand the scoring, is that result OK?' posts.

Hersetta427 · 06/07/2022 15:55

Come on teen, this is Mumsnet - they will have straight 120's !

Yodaisawally · 06/07/2022 17:20

Dts got theirs today none of them got numbers just greater depth, meeting expectations etc

TeenDivided · 06/07/2022 17:44

Yoda Year 6? I'm pretty certain they are meant to tell you the scores.

Really, that's interesting. Maybe they will in their reports?

We got DS results yesterday, very speedy - I was surprised.

Desert76 · 06/07/2022 19:07

We got a comprehensive letter with DS results yesterday too, both raw score and scaled scores, I was surprised how quickly the school did it.

It’s a small village school with 2 school years per class, and it sounds like they have had an unusually strong set of results this year, so a shame for the school that they won’t appear in the league tables.

angstridden2 · 06/07/2022 19:16

Don’t want to hijack post but can’t seem to start a new thread.,,,,Local school hasn’t been Ofsteded for over a decade.Doesn’t do publishable SATs .... is there any way to find out value added results?

longestlurkerever · 09/07/2022 12:15

Sorry to jump on this thread... but how can I see what a school's SATs results were like? Do I have to rely on the school publishing them on their website or are they available in the public domain? Many thanks!

They are not even published by the goverment yet on an individual school basis- the latest ones are from 2019 (which is the last time KS2 sats were sat.

RichSherl · 13/07/2022 09:32

Individual results were emailed to schools on 5th July. Schools can then let parents know (or not) whenever they wish. Some schools may choose to announce them on their website but many won't.

Normally, summarised results for every school are published in November/December and these form School League Tables. However, due to covid, these are not being published this year.
