I have just passed my CIPD Level 3 in HR and will be starting my Level 5 this month. I am just curious as to how different the courses are and how difficult Level 5 is compared to Level 3? I have heard many mixed reviews and some people have found it harder than others. I have seen a few people mention the first assignment is the hardest too.
