Quick euro homework request

Dd is doing a French cafe menu - should the prices be written:
a) E 3.50
b) 3E50
c) 3.50E

For E imagine the euro sign.

Many thanks - dd's trying to print it and 3 adults in the house all have different opinions despite being in France this weekend!

3.50 E I think - I've just been looking at hotels in France and that's how they're written (albeit on an English language website)

HTH

The correct way would be A.

Gives amount and then the word euros here (so not much help!)

VM, is it the same for eg 200 euros - would that be written E200?

Wisteria · 13/01/2008 21:47

A

VeronicaMars · 13/01/2008 21:50

Yep

French ski activity leaflet - gives prices followed by the E (have to scroll on a few pages)

Are restaurants different?

VeronicaMars · 13/01/2008 22:02

Hmmm not sure, normally you will see the likes of ?2.50 on bar and cafe menus.

swedishmum · 13/01/2008 22:18

Thank you everyone. Printed as in A now.
