What language apps are good out there for a 7 year old

Looking for language apps/courses to support my children's French language primarily. Has anyone got any recommendations? I know Muzzy still exists but some of the reviews say that the content is now too old and misogynistic. Can anyone give me some suggestions for watching as videos or playing as games?

I use duolingo, I really like it but you would need a phone ?

My 7 year old uses duo lingo and drops. Drops is good but you have to pay, it’s not very expensive.

I tried duo lingo. But couldn't get the hang of it. It starts with conversational phrases. Is that right ?
