Anyone learnt a language with ROSETTA STONE?

Did it drive you mad trying to guess what you were supposed to be learning all the time or did you like the whole immersion thing?

Do you think it would work for a dc?

I had a friend who recommended it to me (she thought it was the best diy language system on the market - no she didn't work for them - but she said that they did require a lot of time and she hasn't been able to do any homework for them in the 2 years since her dc was born. Sorry, not much help - that's all I know, but this might bump the message for you!

Thanks I had a look at the demo (Turkish) on their website and wondered how frustrating it would get after a while. You have to figure out for yourself as far as I can judge what new grammar you are being taught.
