ECT treated unfair

Is it normal that as an ECT they are constants my checking my classroom. After I left work early as I had autism online training, the deputy head, assistant head of EYFS and my mentor came down to look around and take notes of my room. They said if I don’t sort out my room tjay I won’t pass ect review. This is all of a sudden after 7 months of working at this school. I have captured photos of the other reception class and how messy it is. They never say anything to the more experienced teachers although their classes are a mess and their desks are not seen from the desk. Is it fair that only I am getting checked on ?

The chucking isn’t the issue, that should be every week. The threatening to fail you for a messy desk is out of order. I’d never have passed and may well have been sacked yesterday! Is there someone you can talk to? If not go to your union-not necessarily fir them to step in yet, just for advice snd for this to be recorded.
