I am reading the admission criteria for Tiffins girls. Can someone pls explain me what is the meaning of line "if their mark in the Stage Two Test is higher than or equal to the 350th highest mark"? Does it mean, pupil's overall rank (in stage 2 test) has to be below 351 in order to get one of those 60 reserved seats?

If your live in the inner area - which is only a handful of electoral wards and score 350th rank in stage two or higher you can be awarded one of 60 ring fenced places for chilled inside the inner area. It ensures a higher number of very local children get places.
