Hello! Hopefully it's ok to post this here? For anyone that has used Lingoo could you tell me whether you communicated with your family outside of the site? I get all of the security aspects and that they prefer you not to but it's very clunky and communication is quite difficult. I'd also like to be able to phone the mum of our potential family. Any help appreciated. Is there a way to get round it? Many thanks
