These are my very rational indeed reasons for being a lazy cow this morning.
I don't want to go out in this!!!
I have forgotten how to drive.
Ds2 is grunting inanely and has been doing so for the last few hours. And will doubtless continue to do so in the car, rendering me a hazard.
I have had no sleep for about a week due to our mattress having been deluged due to last week's illness (ds1) and sleeping on the sofa with baby and occasionally Ds1. Thus I am a hazard behind any steering wheel.
It is windy.
my hair is wet.
I had a flake for breakfast.
I have ten or eleven loads of washing still to do from last week.
He is tired and will be a nightmare at school. So total unselfishness would dictate that I keep him at home.
But I am going to my friend's at 11 and we will just have the babies, which will be bliss, so pleaseeeeeeee give me a virtual kick up the backside and I might get them dressed in time for school!
