Commuting for private primary

We’re in the process of looking for a house, and I’m considering future school options. Is it feasible to commute for reception from East London into the City? Thinking about Lyceum / SPCS by Central line (Leyton-Wanstead ish). We’re considering a property which is really close to the tube station.

I love out that way and I feel a little bit sorry for the primary kids commuting to school via tube in the morning. There are plenty of good local schools so it really isn't necessary.

How long would the commute be? In general I don’t think anything over 30 min door to door is really good for young kids as the day is tiring enough as is. At that point it’s hard to see how the benefits could out weigh the cons.
