Perth high school

I’d be really grateful if anyone has any up to date advice about Perth high school. I’m plannyto buy a house soon but the house I like is in the catchment for Perth high school. I’ve not heard good things. However I think it has got a new head recently and I’m wondering if it has improved? Any experience of Perth high be appreciated thanks
