Ipsos MORI survey?

I've received a letter from Ipsos MORI claiming to be researching for the Department for Education. I can't work out from the letter whether it's legit or not, anyone else come across this?

The DfE do sometimes use Ipsos MORI to conduct research. They are a reputable market research company.
