Calling all MN'ers living in Northampton - info re Primary and Secondary schools.....

my SIL and her DH are moving to Northampton in January. She's going to be working in Kingsthorpe (NN2) and I've ended up volunteering to find out some info about schools in the "north" of northampton.

DH knows the actual "areas" well so he's compiling a list of areas that fit their criteria .

Her DS is in Y3, and her DD in YR7.

I'm busy scouring Ofsted as we speak put could do with some pointers as to decent schools to look at..

Exactly Divvy - and the plans to build up the kettering road - or whatever it is called - the road that links wellingborough to Kettering...in 15 years time welly will be linked to Kettering.....Northampton wellingborough and kettering will be one huge urban sprawl...yuck

I think they are building on the A45 too, so its extending towards Northampton now! And there was me, thinking they were putting in traffic lights at the very fast roundabout!

NO...just build another housing estate on it, just to add to the congestion!
