We are looking for travel buddies for our boy from Enfield area to this school. We are not sure about this school. Any feedback is most welcome.

The school uses an app called HomeRun which you can use to find people with a similar postcode. Is it the junior or senior? There are unlikely to be many boys travelling in from Enfield.

It's a great school. What are your concerns?

Hi Pianolessons, We, as parents, haven't managed to visit the school during this pandemic period. it is uncharted school and journey for us. Not sure how the school. We wish parents who have children in the school would share some experiences (good or bad) here please. Advise would be highly appreciated.

I don't have a boy in the senior but know lots of people who do. They all rave about it. Including a couple of friends who have had some very traumatic life events in the last few years and say that the support from the school has been amazing and very personal. You presumably know that the school is secular and has a liberal bent - boys are encouraged to be self-sufficient rather than spoon fed. The only thing is that in the junior you'd be the furthest away in Enfield - not sure if that is the case in the senior as kids tend to travel further for senior. But as a school it's fantastic.

Following on from what has been said before - the approach is very much self-sufficiently. Therefore it's a great school for highly motivated, academic children but not so good for children who are less naturally motivated and need more of a push from teachers. There's very little of that and then it falls to the parents - which, from first hand experience, is a total pain. Not what I expected from a private school.
