College & adopted children

I nearly posted this on another thread, but thought it was too off topic.
@prh47bridge or anyone else, are there any special provisions / funding for adopted children once they get to college (i.e. y12&13 but not within a school).

If they were still at a school 6th form, would the school get enhanced PP for them? Does college get that?

At the moment PP+ funding doesn't apply post 16, but in the upcoming academic year there's going to be a PP+ post 16 pilot.

Here is the information about it. Coincidentally today is the last day for LAs to register their interest.
