Hello, I would like to seek any information on the subject. The reassessment for 2022 has completed and now my DS was notified he is on the top ban of the remaining waiting list(they've promoted some 50 boys after the reassessment this month. So I guess there are about 90 boys remaining on the waiting list now and the top band has about 20-30 boys??).
Although they wrote that he is a strong candidate for promotion when vacancies occur, however, they said they would not wish to bat the candidate's order at this stage.
I'd appreciate it if anyone has any idea as to the chances for my DS getting promoted to be in the top band.
