We have just received CE results from our school. They are in percentages and I can’t quite figure out if they are good or not. Might anyone here be able to clarify what a good CE grade is and what would 9,8,7 be in percentage terms?

Ask the school which marked it. They are not externally moderated so not directly comparable.

For CE what is considered a good result / a very good result? What percentages please?

@LIZS - thanks, I did ask the school but was hoping someone here might have a general idea how percentages compare to the number/letter grades.

Agree, my understanding is that individual senior schools may mark to different levels. In the 'old days', when it really was the entrance test, I believe that if the first school didn't accept you your papers were sent to your second choice school to assess.
