My LA have suggested this as a specialist provision for my dd who has learning difficulties/asd/epilepsy. I took her out of mainstream as she was falling apart and specialist provision has been agreed for Year 7 (September).
We have agreed 2 other schools to consult, Beech Lodge and Knowl Hill but they are currently full.
I googled this school and loads of worrying information came up including some posts on here. I told my LA I was not happy with the amount of negative information as I cannot afford to place her in a school that is not stable or suitable. However, past experience has taught me to always go and have a look and get a feel.
Are there any parents still on here with children at this school in particular with SEN and how they feel they are supported?
