For a sensitive child I'd choose a smaller school with a caring ethos, I think.

How old are DCs and which area do you want to move to?

I'd go for "B" as she will probably get more transitional support if most of the pupils from primary go there.

b or c, depending on ethos of school, and how easily your dds make friends, I think.

B & A both sound good. I'd probably would decide on other family factors like the new house/work commute/proximity to family, facilities etc.
