If your children attend private school, how much do you and your partner earn between you? And how many children do you have?

DH was earning circa £400,000 when 2 x DDs boarded - 10 plus years ago. Substantial savings too. Depends on which school. Some are £40,000 pa and some are way less then £10,000 pa.

Senior school boarding - not prep.

My husband and I earn £75,000 between us, probably with earning potential up to around £140,000. Our son is just a baby but we would like to privately educate him for secondary. We’re lucky to live in a city with an abundance of private schools which are fairly reasonably priced (c. £13k per year) but it’s still going to be a stretch, especially if we have a second child. We were both privately educated though and benefited from it enormously so I would like to give him that opportunity if it can be done.
