How does 13+ work is it taken on highest marks?

Just wondering I know 11 + is for some of areas 121 and that's it or super selectives take top marks.
Is that the same for the 13 +?

13+ is usually only for private schools and selection criteria varies - some set their own exams, others use ISEB pretests, others Common Entrance. There is no specific passmark.
