Where to live?

Hi,

I am planning to move to South From the North East in 3 years.

I am a single mum with 6 years old boy and looking for my career in Finance/Accounting sector.

Could you recommend the areas to look at?

1. Within Top 10 grammar schools
2. Nice upper/middle class neighbourhoods
3. Safe
4. Affordable houses (under £600k)
5. Close to London or in within M25 where most jobs available.

I appreciate if you suggest specific areas to narrow down.
