GCSE ENGLISH HELP PLEASE- BARACK OBAMA NOBEL PRIZE

My son is has to resit his GCSE - he has learning difficulties and to get on to his Music level 3 he needs a pass in English- he is done with all other subjects.
I am really trying to help him pass because music is his life and although he is 18 he is not ready mentally for a job.
He has some homework to do (again thanks to those that helped previously)
This time it is on Barack OBama Nobel prize speech.
It’s more about the language and structure.
Any pointers greatly appreciated 🙂 because I then need to simplify it on a way he will understand and I’m pretty clueless 😂

That’s a long speech. Has he been given a specific section to analyse?

I’ve just had a quick scan.

There are metaphors (‘prisoners of fate’), he uses a semantic field of war throughout, repetition at the end (‘Let us...’, ‘Somewhere...’, ‘We can ...), lots of inclusive pronouns (we), there are direct quotes (Martin Luther King) and the use of numerous proper nouns (Hitler, King, Mandella)

He starts negative - acknowledges why people didn’t think he should get the award - and by the end he uses far more positive language (justice, dignity, peace).

A start, perhaps.
