Enrichment activities

I have been asked to help out together an enrichment programme at the prep school i work at. What enrichment activities would you recommend/ have your children enjoyed and what would you avoid?

I'd recommend greenpower or something similar.

Minecraft club. Don't know if it's still the in thing but some computer game will be.
Wildlife
Gardening. I know a couple of schools have made small allotments.
Fun maths / puzzles club (not maths help/homework)
