Baby will just stop when they've had enough, you can offer the other side and they'll take or not as they want to.

I was pretty lucky with feeding so I think it may depend on your flow, when it comes to pumping, you should definitely try at different times of the day, i got more in the am, but I read that everyone produces at different times so it's worth trying. Again I can only go on my own experience but I could feel when there was a lot of flow and then when it slowed... all this starts to become easier with time, but I'm a firm believer in having to give it a good couple of months to get into the swing of it. It's definitely like a brand new pair of leather shoes you have to wear them in Grin

You might get more responses if you put this in a different topic, @sam21901 !
