Level 6 qualifications

I'm hoping to do a Master's starting in Sept 2021. However, because I finished my degree more than 10 years ago I will need to complete a Level 6 qualification (in any subject) this year before I qualify for the course.
I've looked at the OU and it seems as though their Level 6 qualifications cost around £6,500 which is much more than I can afford on top of the cost of the Masters itself.
Does anyone know any other routes to completing a Level 6?
Many thanks!

That's an unusual requirement given you already have a degree. Don't they just want evidence of recent study at the relevant level? In which case a couple of OU modules might be enough. Other wise OU do postgrad certificates from £2500.

Thank you for replying. The problem is that I don't have many qualifications since graduating 22 years ago! I do have a City and Guilds in teaching adults and some other bits that I've done since then, but nothing at that level. I can see why they want it - so it's not a complete shock to the system - but I'd rather not spend thousands and thousands. I wondered if there are any other virtual colleges that are reputable?

I agree you do need to show you are up to it. No point if you're going to struggle!

Why not look at the options I suggested?

I will do, thank you - and need to double-check that these would fulfill the criteria.
