Not sure how people feel about the disruption to schooling since March 2020. Is anyone considering private tuition to fill the gaps?

Not clickbait, just trying to find out whether there is interest generally. My wife's school is in serious financial trouble due to CV19 but she's an outstanding teacher according to Ofsted, so we're wondering if private tuition might be an alternative worth pursuing. Constructive comments would be really helpful.
