Hi! I'm wondering does anyone have any experience with kings school in Ely? My partner and I are discussing whether to send our son there, he's currently 2. As well as the education I'm also interested in general life there? I know nothing about private school really. Have the children got nice friendship circles? Is bullying a problem? Etc

My DS went there from y3 to y8. It is a lovely school, very friendly, great pastoral care and offers a well balanced all round education. I sound like their brochure now!

Following shamelessly as we are 6 months behind you @Danii32 with our DD. The state primaries round here worry me slightly, plus due to working hours we would have DD going from childminder to school to childminder (or wraparound care). Have you seen the open days in autumn that you can book online? 26th September I believe for the lower school.

Thank you both for your replies, I like the sound of it being a good "all rounder" whilst I'm obviously keen for him to get a good education, I'm also very keen that he is supported emotionally and socially, in fact more so in some ways!
I didn't know about the open days, so thanks very much for that! I'll have a look into it 😊👍 x

Yes if you go to an open day (pre covid at least) then one of the children would take you on a tour and answer questions for you too.
