Looking for a boy - I know the grammar is good but would like to visit some independents too. Looking for a day place, within 45 minutes of Salisbury. Any recommendations?

@sleepismysuperpower1 thank you. I live here so know of them all but wondered if anyone had personal recommendation? Are you a Leehurst parent?
Thank you 😊

I was impressed with what I saw of Warminster School although the geography didn't work out for us so we decided against it. it might be within your range though?

Thank you @YinuCeatleAyru it would be a bit far for a day place I think - at least 40 minutes each way. I hear nice things about it although I don’t know what the new Head is like.

we looked around trafalgar, but moved house so the commute didn't work for us in the end. We liked what we saw though, and if we hadn't moved it would have been a strong contender.

Dauntseys, Canford or King Edward's in Southampton?
Seriously though I understand the boys' grammar in Salisbury itself is pretty good.
