I have done lots of free level 2 distance learning courses whilst on maternity leave and I have seen I can complete ILM Level 3 Principles of Leadership and Management free.
Has anyone done this course and got any feedback? I can not see any sample course material to see if this something I will enjoy completing. I get bogged down with long essays and I concerned this may be like that. I would try and do the course around my little girls naps to boost my CV as there is a high possibility I am going to be made redundant.
