NQT pay scale

Hello!

Does anyone know the correct pay scale for sept 2020 NQT rate?

I've had a quick google and can see lots of proposals - when will the rates be announced?

The pay rate from September 2020 there has been no announcements on. All pay information is in document "School teachers’ pay and conditions document 2019 and guidance on school teachers’ pay and conditions." Minimum pay outside of London is £24373 up to £30480 for inner London.
The decisions made by government are informed by the School Teachers Review Board (STRB) which suggests appropriate increases. That Board has not reported back yet and did so on the 22nd July 2019, which may give you a clue as to when there might be an announcement but it may well be latter given CoVid19.
Any offer you have at present will be based on the September 2019 guidance but you do need to remember that Academies do not need to stick with the figures in the guidance.
