First day at nursery

I just wanted to have a sentimental proud mummy moment.

Dd (3 last week) went for a visit with me to nursery last week and today I left her there for 2 hours. She loved it and has spent the rest of the day telling me all she did (an awful lot for 2 hours by the sound of it lol)

She looks so cute in her little uniform. The only slight incident was that she didn;t ask for help when she went to the toilet and made a hash of wiping herself so had to be cleaned up. The staff think that she will be OK once she is more used to them.

When I went to collect her she was playing a sequencing computer game and using a mouse really well.

SHe goes again on Wednesday and this time will stay for lunch. The food there is fantastic incidentally.

My little girl is growing up!

Little miss indipendant. I'm glad your dd is enjoying it. My ds seems to have grown up all of a sudden. I think it's when they hit 3. When I take him to pre-school he now tells me to go. @you go now mummy but you come back soon' and that's it. It's so exciting when you go to pick them up though. When they come running out of class with a huge smile of their faces when they see you there waiting for them
