Baseline Assessment in Reception

Hi, I am currently researching for my dissertation around the topic of the current pilot of the Baseline Assessment in reception classes. If you as a parent have had an experience with this type of assessment in your child’s school, could you please fill out the questionnaire to give your opinion. Thank you

I made a start, but to be quite honest I gave up at the point where the following question:

"If you have a child between the ages of 0-5 years, have they been tested in reception?"

Contained the following answer options:

Strongly agree
Somewhat agree
Neither agree nor disagree
Somewhat disagree
Strongly disagree

Surely yes / no would work better? (perhaps with 'can't remember' as well)

I don't think you're going to get useful outputs with the questionnaire you've set up.
