Anyone know how I can record the tally marks on the PC ??

Are you doing it on Word - can you use the drawing tools on Word to do it? Just use the Line tool - draw 1 vertical line however small you need it; copy and paste it how ever many times you need. Add a vertical line too if required. You could en select all and group the full5 tally to use several times.

Use the MS Paint program?
