Hello there does anyone have any experience with filling out a form E1.....! I was receiving maintenance for my daughter and a spousal main for life but ex having second baby and has stopped all payments as he needs to vary the order after 9 years.....just a question as there is no section on a form E1 about my maintence is it wise to put that in as a separate sheet...this is the first stage of disclosure thanks so much
