Moving to Seaford from London

My family and I are looking to escape the rat race and pollution of London and escape to the sea. We have a 9&10 year old.

We have set our sights on Seaford. My hubby will have to commute to London several times a week but does not mind 90 minutes commute.

I have lots of questions if anyone might help?

1. Best primary school?

1. Best area to live in town?

1. Is the Outstanding Seaford Head School very good?

1. Good local pubs? ( for my husband)

1. Any good fitness clubs ( for me)

1. If you live there are you happy and would you recommend it?
