Relocating

My family are looking to escape the rat race and pollution of London and escape to the sea. We have a 9&10 year old.

We have set our sights on Seaford. My hubby will have to commute to London several times a week but does not mind 90 minutes commute.

I have lots of questions if anyone might help?

1. Best primary school?

1. Best area to live?

1. Is the Outstanding Seaford Head School very good?

1. Good local pubs? ( for my husband)

1. Any good fitness clubs ( for me)

1. If you live there are you happy?
