Hi all! I wondered if any of you had any experience with an exam board losing your qualification and information? I don't know where I stand. I took my Certificate of School business management in 2011 and the awarding body say my information has been quote "lost or corrupted "
Anyone know if I have any recourse from this?? TIA

That’s terrible. They should keep your information safely. I recently started the process of getting a replacement certificate for a qualification taken in the same year. They had all my info.
I would contact ofqual to see if you have any recourse

That's a great idea. I hadn't thought of that. I managed to get my GCSE and Accouting replacements with no bother. This though is causing me endless stress. Thanks for the reply!

Did you take the course through a college? If so, give the college Exams Office a call and they can provide a Statement of Results which might help you going back to the Exam Board.
