Online teaching? What's it like?

Hi, thinking of applying to do this.
Pros/cons?
It looks like a new interesting challenge and something new!
Anyone done this for advice please! Much appreciated.

I teach ESL online. (mostly to adults 1:1)
I like the flexibility and working from home.

From a teaching point of viI think on balance I would rather be in a classroom with a group (this might be specific to language teaching though)
Most of my lessons are 90 mins to two hours and it can be hard to keep the pace up. Obviously I "click" with some students more than others.
