So...how do I go about this...actually I would like both, iykwim...can you do these courses together, or just one after anohter...and whatever it is...which course is better and more succesful to do...or are both courses equally good and it's best to do both one after another?

Morale is low for the reasons Generalhaig gave: "for antenatal teachers, however the hours are very antisocial/un-family-friendly (all evenings and weekends)".

In quite a lot of areas, demand is greater than available ante-natal classes places. Teachers obligingly agree to take on another class, which wipes out another evening per week, or a whole weekend. Their families get fed up with this, teachers burn-out.

The same is true for bfcs who get calls at any time of the day or the week. Same thing, families absolutely make their displeasure known. It's not as if there is realistic pay for all the time put in.

But .... Yes, it's really worthwhile to help the next generation of parents.
