Trevor-Roberts school - Occasional places?

Missed the boat on registering children for Trevor-Roberts at birth.. (we are relocating back to London from abroad) but do you know if occasional places ever arise at Trevor-Roberts? Does the school have a good reputation or rather what sort of reputation does it have? Anyone have children there currently? or have had children there in recent years? We work in the arts and aspects of the curriculum they offer on paper sound very interesting but of course it seems its impossible to tour if you did not register at birth...

I've heard of children joining in year 3, presumably due to departures to 7+ schools.

I know of children that have given their place up quite last minute because they've been offered places at schools that go through to 18 and so won't have to do the 11 plus - although I understand Trevor Roberts have a good reputation for getting children into good schools at 11plus. But yes, places do come up, London is a very transient population and with Brexit there do seem to be more families moving away who would have sent their children to private schools.

Very good to know - thank you!
