My brother is in S4 and they have just been told that the new school year is being moved up by two weeks, which means that he will be starting his new term while still revising/taking exams.
Is this normal? Seems awful to me, learning the new stuff would have pushed the old right out of my head! Especially with starting new classes, new teachers and all the other start of years stresses.
I just wondered if this was usual, and if anyone has experienced it, advice on managing for him?
