I'm 39, currently work as a Band 2 NA. I love my job though it's very physically exhausting at times. Salary wise though, I need to earn more.
There are no options to do a nursing apprenticeship in my Trust, even if I self fund. I can't afford to stop work to study nursing at university. I have four dependants so need to train and stay in employment.
Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do?
