Physical features are to do with the natural landscape - cliffs, shape of the beach, beach mnaterial, etc. Human features are those built by people - style and use of buildings, beach/prom 'furniture', groynes etc. Sometimes physical features affect humans - eg beach washing away. And vice versa - groynes or walls of stone to protect the beach affecting longshore drift of sand along the shore.
