Windelsham, Brambeltye or Cottesmore

Any parents with a DS at one of these schools? We loved the ethos of Cottesmore but are not as keen on the full boarding with exeat every other week.

We are yet to visit the other two and so keen to know of people's experiences of these schools. How academic are the two schools? Brambeltye are vague on their leaver destinations on the website and so its difficult to discern which schools feature more prominently on their leavers list.

We would like a nurturing school for a sensitive boy. Windelsham looks like it is also more current with technology allowing boys to stay in touch via Skype while Cottesmore at least is more traditional.

All all three at par academically?

And of course I mean Brambletye

I’ve known loads of children go to Windelsham too a man (or women) all loved it. Ive also know children go to the other two suffice to say if I were looking for a prep school and I lived in the right area (I don’t) Windelsham would be my first choice.

Thank you. Based on my research today, Windlesham looks like the best out of the three. I did read a review on website which suggested that Cottesmore was more academic than Windlesham (muddystilletos). Is that correct?
