Hi,

We are currently looking at moving to SW London area and potentially considering Kingston. DS is in Y3. Wondering if there are any good primaries you can recommend? Also interested in prep schools before we locate where to live.

Would also like to hear about recommendations in surrounding areas with good tube/train connections to central London.

Thanks!

All the primary schools are good, and there are loads of preps and secondaries - private, state & grammar (Tiffin). You would do better to find a house in your price bracket and start your search from there. The trains from Esher & Surbiton stations are really quick to Waterloo too & again lots of schooling options. Claygate has slower trains but it's more like living in a village.
