International Community School (ICS) in London?

Would love some feedback on this school for DD (age 6). It seems not so well known as the other international schools in London but we want to cast as wide a net as possible! We are moving to London from New York and keep hearing that despite Brexit, international schools in London are still at full capacity and it is hard to get a place. Thank you!

ICS is part of NACE schools, a Spanish Private Equity backed group. Providence Equity is the current owner of NACE (since February 2017) and is undergoing a rapid and aggressive international expansion strategy, regularly acquiring international schools that are “mid market plus” rather than “premium”. Is that what you are looking for?

Hi @meera1 and @marianovella what did you decide? I’ve noticed here and there some less than favourable comments about ICS, but the reality is much different when you are there everyday! Have you ever visited? We’ve been there 6 years now and absolutely LOVE this school. Academics are amazing, morals and values are a high priority....everyone is just really, really kind and caring and open minded and modern. Bullying is not tolerated. The kids love going to school each day and extracurriculars are strong. I think it has changed substantially in the last 4-5 years and is a true gem. Could not be happier. Quaint, loving school where kids get a lot of attention and learn a great deal. I think they could advertise better, but otherwise, great place
